How to setup

Step 1: Login to JIRA as an administrator

Step 2: Select on the top menu > choose Profile

Step 3: Connect Slack user by clicking on button

Step 4: Confirm your identity

Step 5: JIRA will save your Slack user information into DB. Then you will see as below

Step 6: Add a comment and mention an user on the JIRA ticket

Note: You can uncheck "Direct message" options if you don't want to receive notification in Slack

Step 7: Open Slack app
