Microsoft Outlook - User Profile - Direct message

This feature will help to send mail to Outlook inbox when

• Mentioned

• Send an update to Assigned user, watchers

How to setup

• Navigate to Jira user profile. e.g: http://localhost:2990/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa

Open

• Look up Azure Connection section

• Click on “Connect” button

• Click on

  • Mentioned

  • Assigned

  • Watched

• Congrats you are all set.

• Add a test comment and check your Outlook mailbox
