30-03-2025: Column Aggregation for Grid view
The Grid view for Deals, Contacts and Accounts now have a dedicated section at the end of each column to aggregate some data based on some pre-made formulas .
Where to find the Aggregate Formula for Grid view
When going to a Deal, Contacts and Accounts, navigate to the grid view. Then at the bottom of the page, you’ll see the aggregation field for almost all columns
How to add aggregation field :
You can add an aggregation formula by clicking on the field and choosing the desired option. The data field will then showcase the different options available for the type of column
What Kind of data can be shown?
There are 3 types of columns
1- Columns for which there is no data to be displayed
2- Number type columns
Count Empty: Number of cells that are empty
Count Filled: Number of cells that have information
Percent Empty: % of cells that are empty
Percent Filled: % of cells that have have information
Sum: Sum of the number value of the column
Average: Average of the number value of the column
Max: Max value of the column
Min: Min value of the column
none: shows nothing
3- Text type Columns
The following options will be available:

Count Filled: Number of cells that have information
Percent Empty: % of cells that are empty
Percent Filled: % of cells that have have information
none: shows nothing
