Installing and Purchasing the CRM

This app is part of the Atlassian Marketplace as Jsoftware Inc is an Atlassian marketplace vendor.

Just like any apps in the Atlassian Marketplace, there are 3 main ways of installing this Jira CRM.

You will need to have admin permissions in order to install this app.

Option 1: Install from the Atlassian Marketplace

On the Atlassian Marketplace, search for either Jsoftware Inc or look for Sales CRM. Then click in the upper right section on “Try it Free”, you will be able to trial the app for free for 30 days! After which you will be prompted to pay. You can find the pricing in the “Pricing” tab of the app on the Atlassian Marketplace.

This will automatically install the app.

Option 2: Install directly in Jira

Go to the Settings (the cogs) in the upper right section of your Jira. → Apps. Search for the App “Sales CRM”. Then click in the upper right section on “Try it Free”, you will be able to trial the app for free for 30 days! After which you will be prompted to pay. You can find the pricing in the right under where there is an estimated USD price given (dependent on the amount of users you have on your instance). This will automatically install the app.

Option 3: Have an Atlassian Solution Partner Install it on your behalf

Talk to your partner to have them install and implement this Sales CRM. They will know what to do and might even have special discounts!

Purchasing Sales CRM

Do note that Sales CRM can only be purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace. This means that after your trial is expired, you will need to add your billing information to your Atlassian Account in order to be able to continue using Sales CRM (do note that your data will be available on our Servers for 30 days, so when you go from trial to an active license, you will be keeping your data.

If you have any issues with your license (subscriptions, renewal, etc.) you might have to open up a support ticket with Atlassian. This is because Atlassian is the one in charge of subscription and licenses (including apps vendors like Jsoft).

Step 1 : Navigate to Atlassian’s Billing Section

To move from trial to an active account, you will need to ensure that your billing information is correctly filled in Atlassian’s system. To navigate to the billing page and manage your subscriptions, go to the cogs in the upper right section of the screen and find “Billing” under the Settings.

Note that you will need to have Atlassian Admin permissions in order to head to the billing page.

You might also be able to do the same directly for Sales CRM - do that if that is the case.

Step 3 : Add your payment option

If you have any questions on payments, you might need to contact Atlassian’s support.

FAQ:

I can’t reinstall the app after uninstalling it!

Do note that Atlassian does limit the amount of trials that companies can take. If that is an issue (reinstall trial, converting to active, etc.) contact Atlassian Support team, as they are the one handling these types of issues. If an approval from Jsoft is needed, feel free to add developpers@jsoftware.io to the ticket.
