Home Page: Selecting your Pipeline
Selecting Your Pipeline
Following recent updates, you can now select your Pipeline directly from the Deals section of Sales CRM.
In Sales CRM, a Pipeline acts as an overarching "folder" that contains a sales funnel for specific projects, clients, or workflows. For example, a major client with multiple ongoing projects might have their own dedicated Pipeline.
Navigating and Filtering
When you launch Sales CRM, you will automatically land on your most recently viewed Pipeline. If you haven't created one yet, or do not currently have access to any, you will be greeted by an empty default Pipeline.
To quickly find the specific Pipeline you need, use the three filters located at the top left of your screen.
Accessing a Pipeline
From the selection menu, simply click on the name of the Pipeline you want to open. You will be immediately redirected to the Board View for that specific Pipeline.
Viewing Pipeline Details
You can easily access the core details of your chosen Pipeline by navigating to its settings. The settings menu provides the following information at a glance:
Name: The title of your Pipeline.
Projects: The Jira projects currently linked to the Pipeline.
Currency: The default currency used for deals within this Pipeline.
Members: The users who have permission to modify the Pipeline (see the Permissions section for more details).
Date Created: The date the Pipeline was originally set up.
Creating a Pipeline
Need to build a funnel from scratch? Click + New Pipeline at the bottom of the pipeline selection screen to launch the Initial Setup Wizard.
