Home Page: Selecting your Pipeline

Since the latest change, you now select your Pipeline directly from the Deal’s section of Sales CRM

In Sales CRM, a Pipeline is the overarching “folder” that contains a funnel for a project/client(s)/and more. For example, a big client with multiple projects might fit into a specific Pipeline. In the next section of the documentation, you will be able to learn how to create a new Pipeline and the steps to go with it.

Selecting a Pipeline

Whenever you start the sales CRM you will arrive on the latest pipeline you created. If you do not have access to any pipeline or have not created a pipeline yet, you will still be facing a pipeline but this pipeline will be empty. From there you will be able to choose which of your Pipeline you want to access.

To access a Pipeline, you will need to click on the name of the Pipeline. Whenever you click on the Pipeline’s name, you will be redirected to the Board View of that Pipeline.

Do note that the details of the pipeline will easily be accessible from the settings of the chosen Pipeline. You will be able to see of the following information from the Pipeline’s settings.

  • Name: The name of your pipeline

  • Projects: The projects that are linked to the pipeline

  • Currency: The currency used in the Pipeline

  • Members: The users who are able to make modifications to the Pipeline (see permissions for more information)

  • Date Created: The data when the Pipeline was created.

At the top left of your screen, you are able to further find the right pipeline by the three available filters:

  1. Recent: Sort the Pipelines by recency (more recent pipeline shows first)

  2. Shared With Me: Show all the Pipelines for which the current user has permission to navigate to

  3. Created By Me: Show all the Pipelines for which the current user is the owner

Creating a Pipeline

There is also the option of creating a new Pipeline. This can be found at the bottom of the pipeline selection screen, under “+ New Pipeline”. Clicking on this will prompt the Initial Setup Wizard.
