Mattermost connector for Jira - Custom botName

As an Admin I want to display my bot name instead of my username in Mattermost channel

How to

  • Enter your botName in App setting in Jira

  • Enable integrations to override usernames and enable integrations to override profile picture icons in Mattermost (System Console → Integration –> Custom Integrations )

  • Make sure your message format having placeholder <botName> and <botUrl>

  • Test it by send test button
