16-09-2025: Built-in Filters, Notes UI improvements

In this improvement, our users sent us some improvement feedback that we implemented. You can find the notes in this release:
Built-in Filters
Sales CRM has now added easy to use “AND” filters for Contacts and Accounts.
This means that you can now more easily find specific contacts and companies with these extra filters.
How they work
At the top section of the account pages, you will now see extra tabs next to the “classic” filter section. These let you add other variables for Sales CRM to filter your leads by.
For Accounts, you can now additionally filter by the following:
Group
Labels
Country
In the contact page, you will also be able to filter by accounts.
AND/OR filtering
When you add variables to the same filter group, it will act as an “OR” statement
When you add variables to a different filter group, it will act as an “AND” statement
E.g: If I select 4 accounts in the “account” filter: then the filter will search for any contact that are part of account A or B or C or D.
Alternatively, if I select 1 account as a filter and 1 country. Then the filter will search for any contacts that are part of that specific account AND that are part of the specified country.
Notes UI improvements
We improved the UI of notes that you attach on deals/accounts/contacts so that it’s easier to read them.
“View More” now will replace having to go to the three dots and pressing “view” to see the rest of your notes.
If you need to edit your notes, you will now be able to do so by going to the three dots and clicking on “Edit”.
