I am currently paying for Sales CRM, what does this mean for me?

A: This means that your next billable period will be free - so long as you stay within the 1-10 user tiers. This change will automatically be done through Atlassian’s Billing.

What happens when I go to 11+ users?

A: If you upgrade your Jira beyond the free tier (1-10 users), then you will be billed “normally” according to that specific tier’s user price. You can find out how that will impact you on our pricing page.

Why has Sales CRM decided to go free? (1-10 users)

A: In order for Sales CRM to exponentially grow, we need more users and more user feedback. We believe that going free is the route to start this campaign.

Are there any plans to make Sales CRM free for all user tiers?

A: In the foreseeable future, this is not being considered.
