Installing and Purchasing Sales CRM for Jira
Sales CRM is a verified application on the Atlassian Marketplace, developed by Jsoftware Inc. This guide covers how to install the app and manage your subscription.
Note: You must have Jira Administrator permissions to install or manage apps.
🚀 How to Install Sales CRM
There are three ways to add Sales CRM to your Jira instance. Each option includes a 30-day free trial.
Option 1: Via the Atlassian Marketplace
Visit the Atlassian Marketplace.
Search for "Sales CRM" or "Jsoftware Inc".
Click Try it free in the top-right corner.
Select your Jira site, and the app will install automatically.
Option 2: Directly within Jira (Recommended)
Log in to your Jira instance.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner and select Apps.
Select Find new apps from the left sidebar.
Search for "Sales CRM".
Click Try it free. Pricing details and user-based estimates are visible directly on this screen.
Option 3: Via an Atlassian Solution Partner
If your organization works with a Solution Partner, they can handle the installation and implementation for you. Partners often provide specialized configuration and may offer licensing discounts.
💳 Purchasing & Billing
Sales CRM is licensed exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace.
Transitioning from Trial to Paid
To continue using Sales CRM after your 30-day trial, you must add valid billing information to your Atlassian account.
Data Retention: If your trial expires before you add billing info, your data is stored securely on our servers for 30 days. Once a license is activated within this window, your data will be fully restored.
If you have any issues with your license (subscriptions, renewal, etc.) you might have to open up a support ticket with Atlassian. This is because Atlassian is the one in charge of subscription and licenses (including apps vendors like Jsoft).
Step 1 : Navigate to Atlassian’s Billing Section
To move from trial to an active account, you will need to ensure that your billing information is correctly filled in Atlassian’s system. To navigate to the billing page and manage your subscriptions, go to the cogs in the upper right section of the screen and find “Billing” under the Settings.
Note that you will need to have Atlassian Admin permissions in order to head to the billing page.
Step 2 : Navigate to your Jira to see your subscriptions status
You might also be able to do the same directly for Sales CRM - do that if that is the case.
Step 3 : Add your payment option
If you have any questions on payments, you might need to contact Atlassian’s support.
FAQ:
I cannot reinstall the app after uninstalling it!
Atlassian limits the number of free trials per instance. If you need to restart a trial or are having trouble converting to an active license, please Contact Atlassian Support.
Who do I contact for billing issues?
Because Atlassian handles all financial transactions, Jsoftware Inc cannot access your credit card or invoice details. For issues regarding renewals, taxes, or payment failures, contact Atlassian Support.
If Atlassian requires vendor approval to extend a trial, please CC developers@jsoftware.io on your support ticket.
