Convert to a sale
The convert to a sale will automatically convert a new contact into a new deal.
This will generate a list of fields that can be prepopulated onto a deal. Each fields can be mapped based on the fields from the contacts (including custom fields).

Mapping the fields
In order to convert a contact into a new deal, You will need to map some fields (for example, the name of the deal, its description, etc.) - at a minimum, you will need to map the name of the deal. This information will directly come from the Contact fields.

You do not need to associate the contact to the deal, that is automatically done
If the fields are incompatible (incompatible datatypes/variables - e.g: numbers vs. letters) then the fields will default to being empty
Sync contact to Mailchimp
This will automatically sync the new contact to a Mailchimp list of your choice. To read more about Mailchimp integration click here: Mailchimp Integration

For example, we could set up a rule to have a new contact be sent immediately to the Mailchimp list named “JSoft”, then this could be used for nurturing campaigns or marketing reachouts.
